These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Redang Islands Marine Adventure Sdn. Bhd.’s Website, located at https://redangholiday.my.

• Reservation is subjected to room availability & based on first come first serve basis.
• Please call Reservation Teams for Availability of Rooms.
• Special Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• SST 8% will charges on 1st March 2024 onwards.
• Tourism TAX – RM10/ Room/ Night (non Malaysian only)
• Weather conditions
  Redang Holiday Beach Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions.
• Activity stated is provided on complimentary basis.
  No refund will be made for cancellation of activities due to weather or unforeseen operational conditions.

CANCELLATION (Based on per person)

CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW :

• 1 Month ——————- > BURN 50% from the total package
• 15 Days ——————- > BURN 75% from the total package.
• Less than 15 Days ——- > BURN 100% from the total package.

NOTE : 40% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

DATE AMENDMENT :

• Refer room availability – on current rate
• Penalty RM50 per person upon confirmation.

REDUCE NUMBER OF PERSON (GIT & FIT):

• Penalty RM50 per person.

GROUP BOOKING :

• Please confirm 2 Weeks before arrival.
• Please bank in full payment 2 weeks before check in date.
• Please forward guest name , identity card/passport number.
